Agile, scrum, sore legs from sprinting

Analysis day today.

I have been reading An article on Johnny Holland about agile development.

This is the methodology we currently use with sprint development cycles and scrum.

It’s taken me a while to get used to it, I am not accustomed to what can seem like the chaotic slinging together of chassis, engines, tyres and paint pots to make a car, but it does have some benefits.

Mark Sasinski’s article takes the view of a designer but it does very much reflect the issues and benefits and draw backs to anyone within the development team because the nature of sprint development means that you all have to work closely together (scrum) with everyone participating in their primary roles but also propping the rest of the teams efforts.

It has highlighted some of the things I have not been putting forward opened the opportunity to bring those aspects in over the next development.
