Last year’s Flash On The Beach, set in the Brighton, UK, Dome complex, was truly a highlight for me. I’ve been avidly following the guys on the blog and twitter since the last event and was exstatic to see it would be returning to Brighton again this year.
Tickets went on sale in April and it was announced last week that all the Workshops have now sold out! These workshops, run by industry leaders don’t form part of the conference itself which runs this year 26-29 September.
I am so excited about the prospect of going to Flash On The Beach again this year in Brighton.
2009′s event completely took me by surprise, I went expecting a stuffy, dull corporate affair and was greeted with an exciting array of seminars, workshops and amazing people from all kinds of industries.
Getting the chance to have a sneak peak at the future of several Adobe products was also a big highlight, along with the elevator pitch session and a shit load of freebies.
Just seeing Rich Shupe down as a speaker again has swung it for me, that guy was phenomenal to listen to last year.
The only thing that sucks is that this year, I am not classed as a student having finished my Open University qualification so will have to stump up the full chunk of change.
Roll on September, hell this time I will even go to the night time parties and see if I can’t get a bit of networking going.
